While you can browse properties without an account, creating one will give you access to additional features like saving properties, contacting agents, and tracking your engagements.

  1. Sign Up: Click the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Fill in Your Details: Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
  3. Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to verify your account.
  4. Log In: Use your email and password to log in.

Step 2: Browse Properties

You can explore a wide variety of properties across different categories.

  1. Navigate to Properties: Click the “Properties” tab from the main navigation bar to view all available listings.
  2. Filter Listings: Use filters to narrow down your search. You can filter by:
    • Location
    • Price Range
    • Property Type (Sale, Rent, Lease, Joint Venture)
    • Number of Bedrooms/Bathrooms
    • Property Features (e.g., garden, pool, garage)

Step 1: Create an Account

Before you can submit a property, you’ll need to create an account on our website. If you already have an account, simply log in.

  1. Sign Up: Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Fill in Your Details: Provide your name, email address, and create a password.
  3. Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to verify your account.
  4. Log In: Use your email and password to log in to your account.

Step 2: Submit Your Property

Once you’re logged in, you’re ready to submit your property.

  1. Click the “Submit Property” Button: Located at the top right corner of the screen, this button will take you to the property submission form.
  2. Fill in the Property Details: Complete the form with the following information:
    • Property Title
    • Property Type (Sale, Rent, Lease, Joint Venture)
    • Location
    • Price
    • Property Size
    • Number of Bedrooms/Bathrooms (if applicable)
    • Additional Features (e.g., pool, garage)
    • Upload Photos (minimum of 3)
